WHO WE ARE?
THE TRIBUNE OF SAGES (THE TOS) is a bilingual, community-based business, committed to leading Black communities to their full potential: The Emergence.
We are established in Edmonton but our vision is a worldwide challenge as Black diaspora is the least fortunate around the world. That is the fact! But why? Is it because of lack of resources, education? Not at all. It is a lack of leadership. These communities need people with skills, ethic, and more, ... to identify their people major needs and bring solutions: they need leaders, visionaries. Therefore, our mission is not limited to promote individual empowerment, we go beyond and we create Sages, the leaders of tomorrow's Emergence. To achieve that goal, we created THE TOS ACADEMY where we provide people with management tools about critical topics to become an excellent leader. No more mediocrity!
THE TOS is a key-player in connecting ethnocultural non-profit organizations with Non Government Organizations (NGOs), funded by Government to support these communities. In fact, on the one hand, we identify community needs and on the other hand, we help NGOs developing programs that match those needs. This approach will optimize the management of resources among all actors. Hence, by building bridges, partnerships with other communities and organizations, The TOS advances the cause of Black Diaspora's Emergence and other minority groups in general, in all aspects: Sociocultural, Economic, Diplomatic, etc...

OUR purposes
It is to bring to the Black Diaspora and other minority communities, our expertise in organizational strategies to enable them to prosper and build generational legacies. This approach is defined as follows:
- Develop a comprehensive settlement and integration program for newcomers to their community, to provide a more fulfilling living environment. (See "Orientation" section in the My3BUNE application to download!)
- Train leaders at the TOS Academy in better governance and resource management in all key aspects of emergence.
- Develop a directory of community goods and services businesses to support self-financing within communities (See "B&S Directory" in the My3BUNE application to download!)
- Create events to allow the community to demonstrate its know-how, discuss plans for emergence (See TOS 1st edition)
- Promote the power of diversity by uniting Ethnocultural communities around promising projects (See "Projects" in the My3BUNE application to download!).
- Conduct surveys to produce more accurate data for effective needs analysis.
- Offering information workshops on the sources of income in the digital world in order to allow families to access financial freedom (See "P.I.S" in the My3BUNE application to download!).
We strive for individual and collective emergence in the Black Diaspora.
